What is the best way to cleanse doggy vomit? Wood floors?

We have three pugs and sometimes they eat stuff from the yard, incl feces. They get sick inside and it’s a smelly mess.

I just use hot water & soap & use hot water to get soap off & dry with clean rag. I have three dogs & 7 cats in house. So its almost one if them every day.
My dog used to have a sensitive tummy and have “empty stomach” bilious vomiting. I ended up putting a clear glass pyrex pan in “his spot” that he naturally adapted to and that solved the problem until the belly troubles finally passed. Might be worth a try.
I did find that the oxi versions of commercial carpet spray cleaners worked the best, treating stains asap.
Clear up and use Dettol...........
