You can put stencils made for glass...they are like contact paper. It will give you a new look. Or liquid starch and cut lace out to the size using the starch as glue. That’s pretty cool..
Don't know as though I'd replace them.
You could cover them with fabric using a spray adhesive. Or you could make a design right on the mirror using washi tape or paint.
Cover with nice pieces of plywood that are painted with a color you like to match the room. Make sure it's neutral, if you change the decor, it will blend in.
