Hi Joy. You could make the mirror look like Mercury Glass. First give it a coat of Krylon's Looking Glass spray paint. Then spritz a solution of equal parts water and vinegar. Swirl it around and soak up some of the liquid with paper towels. It would be best if you could put the medicine cabinet on a flat surface if possible. Good luck Joy. Stay healthy and well.
If the medicine cabinet is wood I would paint the frame. I did that to my dated looking cabinets. They were a ugly cheap and fake wood look. I painted them white and they look great.
If you have a specific theme in your bathroom (like beach or coastal) you could glue seashells to the cabinet frame.
Hi! I don't know if you want to keep using the mirror, but I thought this was clever. Good luck and stay safe!

Hi Joy,
Paint, Decoupage, Stencil, Sponge, Cover with Contact paper or fabric using Mod podge. Best wishes. If you want a new look for the mirror doors, you could use a coloured tape on the front edge or turn the doors around and use paint on the mirror backs. Turn around the handles too or stick new on front.
Carefully take the glass out clean the inside paint it paint the out side then pot the glass back
