    If they are painted use E Z Strip, great gel to use. Take the doors off and do them outside. I usually do one piece of the wood base at a time because of it being in the house. HTH

    Painters love TSP. It's the grease and nicotine killer that does the trick every time. Then, I would use some Murphy's soap.
