Click below for 3 solutions that you should NOT use and one below that is recommended by a jeweler. Also you should know that any rings with gems that are glued on should not be soaked. It's better to use the solution then scrub it with a toothbrush because soaking can loosen the glue. Wishing you the best.

A great way to polish the metal and clean your rings is toothpaste but it has to be paste. Just put a small dab on a dry old washcloth then rub the metal all over with the toothpaste covered rag then use a toothbrush to get all the paste off....now you are looking at brand new rings!!
There is a liquid called Tarnex which will clean jewelry, silver, etc. You can get it at a hardware store and some groceries
