Amazon sells many different styles for many different prices. Search for styrofoam ceiling tiles.
That is a huge room. I grew up in a house that size.
Home Depot, Lowe's, and other lumber and home stores sell ceiling tile. They are all faux. Price depends entirely on the tile you choose. I'm seeing $1.50 to $5 and sometimes higher per square foot. You will need to nail up furring strips to attach the tile or glue them up, depending on the tile you choose.
Home Depot, proceilingtiles.com
Any home improvement center will carry them. There are many on line retailers too.

Before making a decision, read your homeowners insurance policy. Many carriers will not cover damage if styrofoam ceiling tiles are installed. If in doubt, call your agent and get something in writing before proceeding.
