Butterick or Simplicity Paper Patterns used to do Aprons, try Fabric shop or Craft shop.
\not sure which crossover Apron you are thinking about. Do you mean the one that crosses over at the back - like a back to front Cardigan or the one that is more of an overall and crosses at the front or the one that is like an oblong with a square on top and has loops at sides and Ties that go from front of top of square to loops on opposite at waist and then in to a bow at the back. they used to do them all in one pattern I think.
