I wonder if TEA dyeing would be suitable for your situation? Here’s a link to look over to see if it could be a consideration for your linens.

make a large vat of tea or coffee and soak them for a few minutes. Then you will have to allow them to dry. I would experiment on some fabrics first to get an idea of the tint you can achieve. I used to make stuffed animals from tea dyed muslin.
You can coffee or tea stain them. Is that what you are looking for?
Are they foam and washable? You could steep some tea bags and put solution in a bottle and spray them.....but it might give a mottled look. I would probably buy fabric dye and mix to antiquing color needed and put them through the washing machine (if the are washable) and then dry to set he dye.
Make tea and put pillows in, pull out every few min. Till you get the shade you want. If you just want to tone down the white dip them quickly then squeeze out as much as you can and let air dry. Hope this helps.
I am assuming you are talking about what is covering the pillows. Is that correct? You don't want to dye the pillows themselves do you? As others have said tea and/or coffee is great for darkening white.
what material is the actual pillow?they may fall apart
Tea works well. Just don't use a flavored tea, as those can be colored(my favorite teas is bright red so that wouldn't work well ; )!
