Have you trued a moistened magic eraser? I use the dollar store ones.
I find that a regular WHITE pencil eraser usually does the trick. It works on school floors.
If that doesn't work, perhaps a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser will do the trick.

I was also going to suggest those magic erasers but also try rubbing alcohol.
Good old fashioned pencil (or pen) eraser!
I have used WD40. The rubber sole of flip flops or house slippers.
