Does that nursery guarantee their products? Many do - provided you have kept the receipt.
Even if you haven't, I would go have a chat with the store manager, they want to keep their customers happy. Worth a try.
What kind of bulbs? When did you plant them? Did you plant them at the proper depth? Did they disappear, as if critters may have eaten them? If you did everything right then you should complain to the store
Go talk to them, you deserve refund.
