Usually any time that it is warmer than 50 degrees you can paint outdoors. Now is the time
Actually it has not as yet been 50º consistently in Maine, and/or not raining.
For me, I prefer the "winter" months - if you can call it that, her in Southern CA. Summer at my place is very very hot and not conducive to anything but staying inside out of the heat. Luckily we have been having a beautiful spring and trying to make the most of it.
Yes, I think different USA climates definitely have an impact on what and how we DIY, but come to think of it so would housing situations. I can do now what I could not do living in a 3rd or 4th floor walkup!
