Buy some blood and bone and sprinkle it around your plants. It’s great fertilizer an it keeps away voracious deer. Just reapply once a week. I have a similar problem and I buy my B and B from Amazon. Good luck!

I tie 1/2 bar of Irish Spring soap in an old knee high stocking and hang it near the plants. Doesn't last long if you shred it. Also plant lavender. Works for me.
