I would like to know the best way to tile my kitchen wall/backsplash?

I want not to have to do much cutting of the tiles, unless you have an easy way. The size I am thinking about is the 4 x 2", or 2" x 2", if easier. Thanks a heap...

Whether tiles need cut depends on where you are installing them. No one cuts tiles because it's fun. They cut them to fit where they want to install them. Since we cannot see your space, we have no way of knowing.
I am guessing that you are referring to ceramic tile, since you didn't say. Why not look into the self-adhesive backsplash panels available at Amazon or Home Depot. Easier, cheaper, look great.
Easiest is mosiac tiles which come on sheets and are smaller pieces to start with. What will make the project go faster is using a tile setting mat instead of mastic or thinset. Your tile sizes are fine and easy to manage with an electric wet tile saw. Rent for the day or purchase one for cutting small size tiles.

I have a tile saw like the one below which works great for subway sized tile. larger than 6“ x 6“ not good. Hope this helps

Hi Elle, the easiest would be to use peel n stick tiles. They're much easier to cut and install.

Rent a tile saw. If there are outlets, you'll have to cut tiles.
