Try some baking soda

i agree with the baking soda. But putting rags on it one at a time with vinegar and water in the rag . Changed as you see it lighten . Then it should come out slowly but also Kroger’s has as carpet cleaner that works great
Oxy clean
If it cannot be removed - a carpet installer can cut the stain out, and install a piece of carpet in the area, perhaps from a closet. I had this done. Could not tell.
