Staple it to a picture frame, or a blank canvas.
A decorative curtain rod would look nice. Or if you use starch, you can actually apply it right to the wall without damaging it, and then you could build a frame around it with decorative molding to make it look like a piece of art.
The most inexpensive way I found is to cut a strip of wood that's the same length (or width) as your fabric and then hammer in a few nails all along the length. Screw the wood strip into the wall so the nails face outwards and then hang the fabric on the nails. It can hold really heavy fabric without a problem and you won't get any sags either
You can sew a pocket on one end and thread a rod through it or you can make nice hem on each end and then sew rings on one end to hang on a nice decorative rod.

You could use a large curtain rod and hang it somewhat like you
would a quilt. Make sure it;s secure enough to handle the weight.
