You can modge podge some pretty napkins onto them or add a few pretty faux gem stones too
wrap them in a beeswax sheet, dedicated craft store should have them. Normally you would put a wick in place and wrap the beeswax around it for a candle.
Roll each candle in glue and a different colored glitter. Tie a ribbon around each candle. If you happen to have a bunch of faux seed pearls, sequins, dust glitter, cotton balls, cinnamon, powdered artificial snow, Bondo or stucco, or any number of other items, you can roll or apply one of these and have original candles. They will be special enough to give as individual gifts or keep for yourself. ☺️
Tie a Paper lace cake plate cover around them. or decorate with nail varnish.

Try stacking them into a pyramid, this would look nice on a dinner table. If you can stack them on stand also, this would be good also.
Drip silicone caulk on them to simulate wax dripping; lightly and very thin paint gold glitter around the drips, then put them on different height candlesticks you've painted gold. Elegant.
