Can I cover penny tiles in my bathroom without removing them?
My bathroom floor has ceramic penny tiles, I would like to redo the floor but don't want to have to remove them. Is there anything I can cover them with?
Confused as to why the corners will not line up? I would just choose a stencil that is slightly smaller so that any pattern you choose can be set with stencil adhesive. Does that make sense?
What about a center design...since tbey are square you could usr a different shape...diamond, octagon or if you like flowers a circle in the center [u could trace something] with 5 slightly smaller circles around it...have fun...
Clean the tiles because even small spots with oil or dust may affect the ability of the paint to stencil smoothly. I think I understand about the corners. One row starts lower than the other, so they are not in a checkerboard layout. Go to a hobby shop and a home improvement store. They should have many stencils you will like. Take photos to take home if you need more time. Best wishes ☺️
