After decluttering perhaps you could put what is left in taller dressers. It seems like you have a lot on top of them, and taller dressers do not take up any more floor space. If that isn't feasible, perhaps floor to ceiling shelves with pretty matching bins or baskets. They don't have to be deep.
Do you need all the products on the vanity? perhaps you can find some that do double duty. A large pretty medicine cabinet instead of the mirror or tall, vertical between-the-studs cabinets could hold/conceal the items.
Jewelry can be hung on hooks behind the cabinet or closet doors.
I would divide the room. IKEA has this rod which can attach to the ceiling. It’s a triple track. Towards the bottom you’ll see “panels”, which come in an assortment of colors and patterns. They slide, kind of like a barn door. I love them.
Also, by separating the bathroom, you can give it a new coat of paint that’s more cheerful. It’s not so much outdated as uninspired. Replace the vanity light with something less bulky, more modern.
As for the bedroom, I think if you painted it a softer/brighter color. The color you have is for aroom with lots of light, which you don’t have. It’s kind of smashed between your light ceiling and floor. I’d also paint the door and woodwork to make the wall look longer.
As for rearranging, buy a couple of packages of Magic Sliders. Clean up the room.
Put out of season clothes in clear plastic “trash” bags and store in the attic. Donate the clothes you know in your heart you’ve never really liked.
Send your husband out of town and get a friend to help you move the furniture around. The Sliders make it easy to move even the biggest pieces. And everyone Loves to rearrange other people’s furniture.
Wish I could be there to help with my four sets of Sliders in hand.

Yup. Paint the doors and trim. The room will feel bigger.

Dramatic and balances the weight of your furniture. With this intensity, you could paint the doors white/off white. Probably look great, and certainly not outdated, in your bathroom.
