  Screen it off or plug up the holes with expanding foam. I have bunches of raccoons too that have been displaced by recent fires. While they are adorable, they are wildlife.

They don't like mint, hot pepper, chili powder.

moth balls have worked for skunks in the barn

Coyote urine granules. They are natural enemy. You can buy on amazon. Works great!
