Silvery gray is a neutral color that goes well with many other colors, so you are not limited. I never choose my decor colors based on my carpet - I use an inspiration for the room such as a bedspread, pillow, accent rug, or wall art.
thankyou for your reply, good to know
I agree with finding a pattern that has the greys, and any other colours you would like to incorporate, even if you don't want to buy the item. Take a picture or just buy a fabric swatch.
You can make your own abstract art, and put the greys and black in it with touches of the other colours you have used to tie everything together. Just buy a big canvas and chose a pattern: spatter paint, ombre stripes, circles, random, brush strokes.

You could incorporate coral, yellow, pink, lime green, lots of possibilities.
You could also do one room/bathroom predominantly in white and use black for furniture frames etc. to anchor the room and then add some pastel accents to lighten things up.

We desig our 2 guest baths basically the same. For the master, we upgraded to slightly better quality and a little more bling! I would go with same permanent fixtures (plumb and vani)but you could do different color schemes with paint and textiles if you like.
