Separating candles from containers
I have several hurricanes with partially used candles inside and I want to get the candles/wax out of the hurricanes so I can clean and reuse them. Can you offer a suggestion as to how I can do that? Also, any suggestions on the best types of wicks to use? I am a beginner to this and would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Have you tried putting them in the freezer?
I always put them in really warm water and then they are soft enough to get out.
Put them in the freezer overnight and the next day u can pop them right out
Thanks! I will try it right now!
Put them in your kitchen sink with a sink stopper...fill it 3/4 of the height of the shortest candle with hot water (NOT boiling- just hottest tap temperature) and let sit about 10 minutes....the wax should be loose enough to pry out with a dull knife.
Thanks so much. Going to try it right now!
