Can I replant hydrangeas ?
The plants are about 4 feet high. I don’t like where they are but don’t want to lose them.

I’ve heard that you can change the colors of hydrangeas by using baking soda. Do you know about this?
Yes you can "transplant" them. I would wait until the heat of summer has passed for best success. This site will provide further instructions.

I replanted a bunch of hostas last year. When I first transplanted them they were a little sad looking but when they regrew the following year they were great!
