How to place effective landscape lighting?
We live in a corner, both front a back yards have accessible views. Not looking for drama, just something eye catching, standing apart from the typical "landing strip" look.

Surfbored.....Some of the lights reflect different patterns. I bought some a few weeks ago at Rural King. They are just small and I wanted to place them near my screen porch. The light shines as a star on the sidewalk, very pretty and unique. I didn't realize some are so different. I also like connecting them with a light weight chain. Hope this helps a little.
I found two cute metal trash cans that had decorative holes in them, I threw in a string of Christmas lights and placed them in 2 areas in my garden. Christmas or as I prefer fairy lights can be used any time of year... you could make your own, get metal trash cans and nail holes in a pattern, or just free hand.
I also turned one upside down to make a short side table by my lounger.
