Is there a sure-fire way to get rid of Creeping Charley?
Boiling water. Epsom salt followed by boiling water. Plain old white vinegar. I boil 2 kettles a day and wander around to spot kill weeds. Vinegar works really well too, but it will kill anything it comes into contact. All easy and kid, pet safe and environmentally friendly.

You can use common table salt or table salt mixed with water on the weeds. I've done this in the past and it has worked. Just make sure you get it on the weed itself and not in the soil.
White vinegar applied to the weed works as well.
The best way is not the most efficient way. Pulling them out works the best. Do it when the ground is moist. We just spent a few hours weeding our garden and it was worth it. Chemicals never work for us.
bayer works for us..hook it to your hose and spray
