you need a bigger picture, not just the great picture of leaves.
maybe Paulownia?
looks line "Elephant Ears" to me
If it's rough like sandpaper I'd say it's a sunflower. We get tons of volunteers around our yard from the chipmunks and squirrels raiding the birdfeeders. Elephant ears don't produce leaves off a central stalk like that.
