Also call out your HVAC contractor to see if your current unit is large enough to heat or cool the additional space. If not you need to add stand alone units. You will need a contractor or electrician to run from your main.
The walls need to be insulated. It is probably easiest to add new stud walls, add insulation, put up sheetrock, and extend window wells to the new wall. MDF works well for new interior window frames. It is cheap and can be cut to the correct custom width.
You will probably need a contractor to put up wall boards and flooring. You may need heat and air conditioning as well.
