How do I update
I would like to update my bathroom mirror with trim and put a cabinet in to separate the two sinks.

Large Bathroom Mirror redo to double framed mirrors and cabinet
You'll have to replumb for the two sinks. Get your new cabinets first so plumber knows where they go. Order your new countertops and sinks. Re. Mirror, the sink spread may make the old mirror not work. But if it still does you can add a tile border, wood trim or mirror strips to your old mirror. Don't forget to get cool light fixtures.
For the mirror, if inframed, add molding. If reducing size, have cut and framing done professionally. Worked great for me.
This is really an easy project. Select the cabinet you like, then frame the whole mirror if you want. No plumbing involved! Take a look at these ideas.
