Use the little battery operated under cabinet stick on lights. They work pretty well, I got them at home depot
There are so many lights now that operate on a remote! I got a set from Costco. 6 disc’s with 1-2 remotes. They do eat up some batteries tho. 3 each. 18 total. I ended up getting rechargeable ones.
Amazon has great battery operated strip lights that might work
I did read some reirws that echo your comments. I plan to use when I entertain, not on a daily basis. Do you think they will “fill the bill”?
