How do I cover the cement floor to the front porch?
My porch keeps peeling. I have painted over and over with oil paint and it just peels right back.

Sharon in order to ensure a long lasting finish you have to prepare the surface properly. Clean off the old paint, paint with a stabilising solution. After allowing this to dry, use an appropriate primer, then paint on two coats of floor paint, allowing each cost to dry before painting the second. Personally I would use a sealer on top for a long lasting finish. Good luck with your project.
This should not happen if you are using the correct paint for exterior concrete floors. You need to use a muriatic acid, remove as much of the old paint as possible, let dry thoroughly and then paint when the humidity is low. Be sure to follow the directions on the can very closely.
Perhaps the cement is too smooth. Rough it up with a wire brush and vacuum before painting.
I would try to clean and etch up the concrete I have, then add new layer(s) of concrete on top. I think you can get some pre-mixed pre colored concrete.
What type of paint did you use? Just as with anything job, it needs to be cleaned, then let dry - bone dry. Use a portable fan if necessary. Then prime, then paint. In my area nobody paints the cement porches, the blazing sun and incessant heat make them peel within a years time. The preferred method is staining, as that just fades over time and easy to freshen up when desired.
I would tile it, brick it, or cover with wood.
