Just Google or flip through your phone book for professional organizers. You just need to find and set up a system that you can stick with and follow. If you just Google, you can find lots of free on line advice on how to set up a system. Here are some sites to get you started.

I think I would get a tiered stand like this one, maybe even DIY it out of something deep. Then you could keep a lot of things on the table but wrangled up when it's time to eat.

Make several cubby holes underneath like childrens school desks and maybe a couple drawers..to slide papers and supplies in ...not too big
Google stacking storage bins & White jumbo stacking basket from Michael's will come up for a picture of what I used except mine were on wheels so it was easier to put them away. You can buy them everywhere. By using this system you can take the storage baskets apart & bring the ones you need to the tabletop. The rest can be next to the table within reach but not taking up valuable work space. Then when you're finished for the day everything can stay in these bins/folders & push it next to a wall or closet until you needed it again. It worked great for me. I hope it can help you too.
Donot mix kitchen items with office items, kithen table is for kitchen items and office table is for office items.
