How do I remove decoupage from my door?
So I have this cabinet and for some odd reason I decided it needed to be decoupaged, I never have really liked the result so I now have probably 10 different coats of glue and paper...ughhhhhMy question is, how in the heck do I remove all of it ????

I would try paint stripper. You can buy it at Lowe's or Home Depot. WalMart may have it. Several applications maybe required. Make sure you use gloves, and cover the area with newspaper or plastic to catch any drips. Good Luck!
I would probably not remove it , only if the edges of paper were loose , I would sand the edge down. Then I would use a chalk paint over the whole thing . When the paint dries , sand it here and there to give it a distressed look , then I would use a sealing wax coat in clear if I like the way it looks after sanding or an antique color was it you want an older look. I think that would be easier than all the scrapping and sanding it would take to get it all off. Besides, I think with the paint and paper you have on it , it might lend itself to a really cool distressed look. Good luck !!!

Here are a couple of links to info. Basically it's wet it down wait about 15 Min for it to soak in; then scrape
Just like removing wallpaper. A 50/50 mix of vinegar and hot water. Wipe it on, let it sit for a while and scrape off.
I would sand down all the loose edges or pieces coming up until it's all relatively smooth. Then I would chalk paint over the whole thing. No need for prepping. Just use a color you can live with!
