I love the look this gives the door, but before I do this I wanted to know how difficult it would be to remove if I would want to change after a time
The flour bin is more than likely rusty. Plus you may find a hinge or swivel in the back that lets the bin tilt out for filling and cleaning. Squirt some WD40 where you think the swivel is and let it set. Then try turning, swiveling, tilting out, or pulling out from the bottom. If all else fails, take off the cabinet back to get to the bin. Best wishes ☺️
Look inside - there could be more nails or screws.
The door is more likely glued to the bin. You can try to gently hammer the door along the edges from the inside to separate it from the bin. A rubber mallet would help. Screws probably there for added support.
I would try to use it as is, really devalues the piece if you take this off
I would try to find a use for that flower bin and keep it.
