yes you can but will need to swirl it around in bottle to be sure it's mixed before spraying. Don't know what entry you saw but here's a bunch DIY house hold cleaners https://www.almanac.com/content/make-your-own-cleaners

Yes, but label it : Shake and Spray Ammonia Spray Cleaner. And do NOT mix ammonia cleaner with bleach. ☺️
I don't know what you're cleaning, but I wouldn't use ammonia. It's pretty strong and smells really BAD! I use vinegar to clean in my house. I put it in a spray bottle, sometimes adding water, and a few drops of essential oil (I especially love lavender). Vinegar is a disinfectant, and is safe. The vinegar smell dissipates as soon as it dries. I got rid of all my other cleaners and only use vinegar now. CleanMama is a great site for inexpensive, make-it-yourself, natural (and effective) cleaning products. Google her. I don't use fabric softener in my wash any more either...I just put about 1/4 cup vinegar in the tub as it fills. Gets rid of smells and I don't have any dryers sheet or fabric softener residue. Good luck!
