Can I put too much fish entrails in my garden?
I catch a lot of fish & put the rough fish and other fish carcasses in my vegetable garden. Is there any concerns that this can be overdone? I always make sure that the waste if decomposed before I plant.

I would bury them plenty deep so as not to get a "fishy" smell in the yard. Be sure they are being turned into soil plenty fast so you are not digging up half decayed fish intrails. If you struggle to find a clean soil area, you may have to many for your space.
You will be drawing in every cat and other animal you do not want to your garden. You may regret what your are thinking about doing.
Just bury them deep enough!

Ex hubster just went on a fishing trip. I just "planted" the heads and guts in the area where I am going to place tomatoes in the spring.
