Peg boards are great for organizing tools. Check your local classifieds for people getting rid of furniture and shelves - with a coat of paint you can make old things look fabulous. Anything specific you need ideas about?
I understand its a battle of mine after downsizing!
My organization work is still underway. I have a re-purposed wooden kitchen cupboard, recently purchased metal rack shelving and plastic drawer storage for my supplies under my tilting architect table. It’s still chaos- gets better over time with slow refinements and someday I hope to make it a little more aesthetically pleasing. Try starting with organize the items in clear bins totes and drawers is a good first option.
This is my starting point below—chaotic too! Complete organization continues to get things under complete control and to look more uniform. The steel shelving will store the luggage for more accessible reach. Building a custom storage system might be warranted in my situation to accommodate the huge drafting rable.
Theres this—- to look at too.

Val...Small and large totes work very well along with baskets and bins labeled.
Val, Hang shelves on the wall, like cubbies, and put your supplies in these. They will be easy to reach, as your supplies will be facing you, and you don't have to reach in a box, I Hope this will work for you. Aloha!
Great ideas people! Thank you! I’m going to use them all and then I will send a picture! Merry Christmas! Val!
