Hi Tammy, here is a good solution for cleaning glass objects.
Brew strong black tea. I used 3 bags of Irish breakfast tea to 8 oz boiling water. Steep and allow to fully cool, about an hour. Transfer cleaner to spray bottle or dip cotton cloth into solution.
Clean with a lot of patience, soft rag and good quality glass cleaner. I start at top and work my way down. Have to clean individually all beads, crystal and stems. Don't forget to clean the light bulbs.
I use a solution of vinegar and water for crystal. If there are crystal drops on your chandelier, they need to be cleaned individually unless you can remove them.
