Can I make a bed crown? Do you use curtains, sheets, sheets, or scarves to hang from it?

Do you mean a canopy? I would think sheer fabric would work, but here are some other ideas: https://www.buzzfeed.com/ashleymcgetrick/slumber-party-for-one
Shadye: I bought these sheers (almost like mosquito netting) from IKEA. (They would work as a bed crown too!)
What's great is that they do not even need a hem! (...and won't unravel) ...Just cut them to the length you want!
Shadye...Chiffon or netting will work as well as the sheets. Good luck!
You can use whatever material you prefer, Shadye. If it were me, I would use sheers. You can get them to have design in them as well as plain. Mine have plain design on them, no pattern. Sheers are light weight and you can purchase them for windows but use them for your decorating the crown bed. Sheets come in so many designs and colors now, they would also be just as easy to install and you can find ones you prefer. If your local stores do not have them, you might find them online through the same preferred retail stores. Hope this helps. I ordered mine through JC Penney's.
Have you considered a hula hoop with sheer window scarves? It would be light weight and very easy to disassemble for laundering.
Hello people, she was asking how to make a bed crown, the top part not what type of curtain material to use. I am curious what things you can use for the crown part too. Somebody give us some ideas, I have the curtain parts. Who has come up with clever ideas for this? thanks
Hi Shadye. I'm Cindy. Cut a hula hoop open. Feed fabric on to the hula hoop. And then close the hula hoop with duct tape. Screw 4 hooks in to the ceiling above the bed. Hang the hula hoop from the hooks.
