Yes!
Depending on where you live, yes. What zone are you in? I am in zone 9 and mine are outside in ground and in pots year round. Mine grow like weeds in winter and hold their own throughout the brutally hot summers.
As long as it doesn't hit freezing, they can. Cover with plastic to help protect them. Mine over ran the pots I had and I planted the over run in the ground. I've brought the planters inside, we'll see how the others do. I am in zone 7b.
