I made simple heart hangings. Cut a heart from thick box card. Then take some wool and wrap in a all directions until covered and thick. Then thread the end onto a needle and weave through to the top middle. Make a loop and thread through the remaining thread.
Make a net or shabby fabric heart. Cut strips of fabric and single tie onto a wire coat hanger that's been shaped into a heart.
Simple button box, buy a cardboard heart box, cover with white buttons.
