I would store them all at the bottom then get bins for the other stuff and mark them
Because there are so many different sizes and shapes of pantries, it's difficult to recommend how to organize your specific one. What has worked for me with small kitchen appliances stored in my pantry which is rather deep is to get a large cookie baking sheet and place the appliances on it. I can then pull it out quite a ways and pick up the appliance to take to my counter and outlet. The cookie sheet slides out nicely and makes it easy to take out and put back the appliance I need.
