Does anyone know how to clean inside a door's peep hole without harming it to get inside?
Rubbing alcohol will work. So will shampoo.
Shampoo and a soft cloth.
I bought this stuff to get rid of ants. It got rid of the ants and melted the dried on hair spray (from previous owner). So I tried it on a spot that was so thick you could actually feel it with your fingers. I just sprayed it on and left it sit about 15 minutes and then sprayed a little bit more on and cleaned it all up with blue dawn and hot water. No residue is left.

Dawn dish soap & hot water wash cloth Rubbing alcohol can severely damage wood.Rubbing alcohol has a variety of uses, but can damage some surfaces it comes in contact with. If you inadvertently spillrubbing alcohol on your wood furniture, the alcohol can cause damage to thefinished surface, and if left untreated, can damage the wood itself.
Thank you all for the tips! I haven't tried any of them yet but soon will. You have all been a huge help!
