Is this from termites?

I’m in the process to repair water damaged plywood under kitchen sink and find this. Is this termite dropping?
I've seen the tubes from subterranean termites. They are pencil-thin, if they are on the outside of a wall. This doesn't look like that.
I don't know about other species of termites, though.
Like Ellis says. Termites make tubes from the ground up walls, posts and chew into the wood. It's a clump of something. That may have fallen out of a drawer. Looks like a piece of blown in insulation to me. Strange.
