This is my furniture and the bear which I can not take them down.
How do I work around this bear skin on my wall?

Terri...That's tough! and just not right! I haven't got a clue! So sorry but I understand how you must feel.
Decorate with a hunting/forest/lodge theme. May be he'll get the message and remove it himself. Should be on the floor not on a wall or not at all.
It's a shame your settee is not a dark leather, to go with his desire for a "Lodge Look". I'd try a large Flokati rug or a Persian rug, metalwork art, an ottoman in shades of dark brown or cognac tones, Mission rocker or recliner chair, to coordinate with the other recliner. Use larger end tables that mimic the scale of the recliner and Mission motif pillows, if space permits.
I'd move the floral picture to another room.
Can't it go in another room?
I think I'd put earmuffs and a tutu on it. Maybe then he'll let you move it to a den or garage.
yup, if you cant remove it embrace it. put a necklace and some earrings on that bear in colors that coordinate. (large pearls maybe?) maybe a dress of some sort of an apron if its close to the kitchen? Put some lipstick on that pig and make it a focus instead of a distraction. lol. You can win this war!
I guess you two need to sit down and figure out why he's so stuck on leaving it and not willing to compromise. There's got to be some sort of middle ground. Or if there's a place where he can have a man cave and proudly display it. Good luck!
Sounds like he has an emotional attachment to the rug so acknowledge that and work around it. I actually love both...the rug and the furniture you want to incorporate but like Olivia suggested, move the floral picture to another room. You can have the more masculine vibe that he wants and soften it with pillows or a tufted ottoman. Add some greenery for the botanical feel you had in the picture. What if you "framed" the rug so the impact is lessened a bit...then you could add something to either side that could help soften the man vibe too. It can work!
Leave it up, in a few months let him know you would like to redecorate the room in lodge style and it will cost approximately $______. He may change his mind and if he does not you most likely have decorated the entire house, he only wants the bear rug up, not a bad comprise.
