How to replant in same pot?
I have a big planters pot and I had flowers and hit peppers growing in one planter. Now should I pull out or pull and turn the dirt to make a clean bed for new plants?

You should dig out any roots, debri, and loosen the soil. Add some fresh soil and slow release fertilizer.
