Try rubbing the scratches with toothpaste on a soft cloth.
Auto paste wax will make then look better.
You may be able to fill the scratches with crazy glue or clear epoxy. When it dries use a single edged razor blade to remove excess.
I recently had this problem and went to my local glass company and they said there is no way. I tried toothpaste and car polish but nothing worked. So if you do find a way, can you please share it.
