We use blue Dawn dishsoap in warm water and then rinse well with the hose.
I would use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, followed by a spray of water from the hose. Don't rub too hard.
If it were me, I would use the hose and good sprayer and just spray it off. Patio furniture should be weather proof so water would not hurt to spray it. That is what I would do.

I would use a good microfiber cloth to get the pollen off then clean with soapy water or an outdoor cleaner for the material it is like wood.
