Could you use a telescopic brush. Or a pressure washer.
A leaf blower.
A leaf blower would probably work, or you could try a long broom. It just depends on tall the roof is and what you would be able to reach.
We use a leaf blower or get my son to do it.
Hire a young adult to do it.
Adding to the leaf blower idea, I saw somewhere that a guy attached PVC pipes with a "U-shaped" PVC pipe at the end of the blower hose so that he could stand on the ground and the air from the blower was directed into the gutters. (I think it's called an "elbow joint" or something like that. I'm sure the HOME DEPOT folks could help with that). And if you're not needing to blow out a gutter, I'm sure an "L-shaped" PVC pipe at the end would probably work perfect. Hope this helps!!!!
