How do I hang a picture in front of a curtain?
I have a small studio apt that I have divided the living room from the "bedroom" with a curtain on a track (attached to ceiling) I have a 3' piece of the track left over that I was going to use to hang a picture from. How do you hang it so it's perfectly vertical. Do I need to brace the back? Thx

Even if you could hang it absolutely straight vertically, it would look odd. You would be better off, filling in that space with a piece of wallboard or thin plywood, painted the same color as the curtain. Then you could hang the painting on it. You could put a wood piece on floor and on ceiling to fasten the fake "wall" to or frame out the "wall" and then hinge it to the wall.
How about hooks from the ceiling and thin wire to hold picture. I have seen this done. You might be able to use a command hook.
need a level and attach it from the top of frame using small eyebolts so it doesn't lean forward it will hang straight up & down.
