You can use a heavy duty contact paper. There are several available on Amazon, but I suggest reading the reviews before you buy https://amzn.to/2HK7ndb

Type in "kitchen counters" in the box at the top left of this page under "Find my next project."
Please read the reviews. Most people said look good for several weeks then hate them in less than a year. Cannot set anything hot on it, scratches and cuts easily. Hard to get out wrinkles, top color wears off quickly and on and on. I'd rethink it. Quick, cheap fixes are usually shot lived.
I covered mine with Feather Finish and love how they turned out. Here they are if you'd like to see: https://www.hometalk.com/diy/kitchen-dining/kitchen-dining-furniture/changing-up-an-orange-formica-countertop-with-concrete-18147786
