Our front door (metal) has a lot of gaps between the door and the frame allowing cold or hot air to come in. How do I fix that?
Hi Debbie, If cracks are in timber, use wood filler. Over fill, let dry then sand down and re-paint ..............
Are these cracks in a wooden door. First you must sand and clean the area. Then fill with wood filler or Bondo. Let dry and sand again, When smooth you can paint the door.
Use Bondo, sand smooth, prime and paint. If goes all the way thru, do both sides. Remember to use exterior primer and paint on outside. You can use it interior too, just can't use interior primer and paint , outside.
Use a good waterproof wood filler...sand well....prime...repaint.
Use the good water proof wood filler but add some hold or silver flakes to the mixture......you can have a bit of sparkle to the door.
